To ensure the highest standards of food safety and product integrity, Cerealbox does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including cereals, nuts, sweets, and all other consumable products.
Because our products are sensitive and intended for consumption, once they leave our facility we cannot take them back for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
We will gladly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
To report an issue, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos.
